Registration Guidelines


Please read the following notes as guidelines for the registration process.

1) First submit your email address, you will receive a email message to confirm your account. Check it and click the confirmation link.

2) Second step is to log in the HTMLBunker website through the link mentioned above and received via email.

3) Next, verify your phone number. Insert your country code, city/local code and mobile number. It might be necessary to use the character "+" before the number. Some users have reported using space to differentiate between city code and mobile number. 

You will receive a SMS message with a code, which needs to be typed into the registration gateway to confirm your phone.

4) Fill the Identification Form in roman characters, but do not use special characters such as "#" or "-". Complements such as flats or apartment numbers can be included using words like "flat" or "apt".

5) Upload your ID document. Drag and drop your document's file into the designated area. Fill which type of document it is (passport, driver's license, and so on), include the expiration date (when the validity of the document is over) and the document number. Some IDs do not have expiration dates, if this is your case, just insert a future date (e.g. 10 years from now).

6) Set up your 2FA authentication. Click on settings and then on "Enable two factor authentication". Using an app of your choice, such as Google Authenticator or Authy, scan the QR code. If that's not possible save the characters displayed in a safe place to avoid access issues in the future. Insert the number displayed on the app at the appropriate field, beware of the timer. If you have enabled 2FA, you will need to insert the proper number, displayed on the app, whenever you log into the platform.

7) After this procedure, the support staff will check your documents and the identification data provided by you in order to aprove (or not) your registration. Please note that we will not be able to aprove your account if the only document sent does not contain a photo, such as a "Utility Bill".
